Goldfingers Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. However, in order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy for hairdresser appointments:
- Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to fill the vacant appointment slot and serve other clients on our waitlist.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.
- We understand emergencies happen, and we will take those into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
- Arriving late: Appointment times have been arranged especially for you. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide you with your scheduled service and a cancellation fee may apply. In the event that you miss appointments without contacting us or are consecutively late, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
